donna’s formal education began at the French Culinary Institute of New York in 1995. In addition, she studied under famous cake decorator Ron Ben-Israel, Chef Vincent Mary of L’Ecole Paris, and Pastry Chef Bill Yosse at New York’s David Bouley restaurant.

Over the years, she has worked in top New York City restaurants with some of the most renowned executive pastry chefs in the industry. The list includes names such as, Andre Renard of the Essex House, and Jacques Torres of Le Cirque. Donna continued to develop her skills in the art of custom cake design while working with well-known cake decorator Margaret Braun.
