just the Woods, LLC is a veteran owned business. The design studio is located in Staten Island, New York. I renew and restyle unique and one of a kind vintage furniture pieces. New inventory is added regularly to chose from to have customized and I also offer refinishing of clients current furniture pieces. All work is done in my shop and I do not do on site work (work in someone else’s home).
All restyled items are hand painted using only the best products. I only use top of the line, eco friendly, durable, NON TOXIC, made in the USA, no VOC (volatile organic compounds) paint and sealers on all of my pieces. Never home-made, never full of chemicals, never spray painted. Purchasing a painted piece is unique since the piece has a history, character and its own story. It may have a few dents and dings which make it special and beautiful. I feel painting often bridges the gap between old and new while maintaining a little of both.
Just the Woods, LLC is happy to serve and deliver within Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, areas of Long Island and New Jersey for a reasonable fee. Delivery is always plastic shrink wrapped and blanket wrapped for protection.
